報名須知：

2. 請填寫所有資料，以便完成整個報名手續，註有(*)符號必須填寫。

3. 校方將以info@pbn.edu.hk 發放通知訊息。
＊請將"info@pbn.edu.hk"加到你的安全電郵通訊錄地址名單內，以免電郵系統錯誤刪除「確認電郵」，或郵件可能被分類到雜件箱內。

4. 申請前，可參閱 <<入學申請步驟>>。
